start with a FREE trial class.

Our initial FREE class is offered by appointment only, so please call us at 512-297-9803
in advance or simply visit the school to arrange a good day to attend.
You may also send us an email or sign up for your FREE Trial Class online and we’ll get back
to you very quickly with a response.

Your Quick Guide:
- Plan on arriving at least 10 to 15 minutes early to meet the instructors and get acquainted.
- As students and families start arriving for class we will introduce you around.
- Feel free to talk with other parents or adult students about our classes.
- Wear something comfortable to class that you can stretch in and practice basic techniques.
- Remember to take your shoes off before you step on to training floor.
- Bring a bottle of water or your favorite energy drink for the class break.
- After class, we will recap our training programs and answer any of your questions.
- And last but not least, just ENJOY your first martial arts experience at our school!
