Junior Tae Kwon-Do  
Ages 5 to 14 years

At our school, we teach a Korean martial art known as Taekwondo, "the way of the foot and fist." Our training program is designed to improve your child’s overall fitness levels for increased strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination.

What makes our taekwondo program unique? We’re not just about kicking
and punching…though that’s a lot of fun and we love to do it. 

Ultimately, we want to give your child a competitive edge in life and our Personal Development Center is all about helping your child acquire success skills that will prepare him or her for life; physically, academically, and socially.

Our Powerful Words character development component  is an integral part of our training where we cover concepts such as:

Juniors also engage in monthly self-defense practice drills; drills using techniques that are  both age-appropriate and effective. Self-defense training includes stranger awareness and common sense safety practices.
